°If charges backs or anything like that happens you are relinquishing your rights to the model and therefore it will be resold to another party to get compensation for the work already put in.

MODEL design
°Use the model for commercial or personal use.
°Can be use on social media and streaming sites.
I would like to clarify that while the original concept belongs to the client, the visual design/artistic interpretation of the character was created by me. Because of this, the transfer of design authorship or copyright attribution to another artist is strictly prohibited under my Terms of Service.
What is allowed instead is a third-party artist authorization fee. This permits another artist to work on the character/model while maintaining proper design credit and respecting the original artist attribution.
The authorization fee is equal to the character’s original base price.
Please note that violations of my Terms of Service including claiming the design work as another artist’s creation, removing proper design credit, unauthorized copyright reassignment requests, or improper refund claims — will be considered a breach of agreement. In those cases, I reserve the right to revoke usage rights of the design and resell or reuse the artistic assets accordingly.
As long as the Terms of Service are respected and proper credit is maintained, the client may continue using and owning their character concept without any issue.
